If MAILING your flowers, mail to: Michelle Etzkorn, 4695 Amaryllis, Elida, OH 45807.

DROP OFF: You may also drop your flowers off by using the white drop box on my front porch. The drop box is located to the right of my front door and is labeled "Roses". There is no need for me to be home; just leave your order in there. Please make sure that your order form is included with your flowers.

PAYMENT: If you plan to pick your order up when it is completed, you can wait to pay until the order is complete. If you are mailing your order and/or want your order mailed back to you when it's complete, please include a check for your order (made payable to Michelle Etzkorn), including 6.85% sales tax and $10.00 for shipping and handling.
